What we collect
BasicFintech collects minimal information: anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device class), email addresses voluntarily submitted via newsletter signup, and PAN information temporarily submitted for allotment status checks (passed directly to registrar, not stored).
PAN handling
When you use the allotment status checker, your PAN is sent server-side to the relevant registrar API and the result is returned to you. We do not store or log PAN values.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible / Vercel Analytics) which do not set tracking cookies. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
Affiliate cookies
Clicking a broker affiliate link may set a tracking cookie from the broker's system to attribute referral credit. These cookies are managed by the broker, not BasicFintech.
